Sara Bervoets grew up in an artistic family and found in art, from an early age, a way to express her emotions. Her artistic practice developed from a deep engagement with the world around her.
In 2018, she presented her work for the first time in the solo exhibition "Home" at the Kavka art space in Antwerp. Since then, addressing social injustice has remained a central concern in her work. Through drawing and painting, Bervoets seeks to make social realities visible, create recognition and encourage reflection.
