This work by Christo and Jeanne-Claude is a project drawing and collage for an unrealized project in which a Harley-Davidson motorcycle would be completely wrapped in fabric and rope. The technique consists of a combination of lithography and drawing, complemented by rope and collage. The work revolves around the idea of concealment: by wrapping the motorcycle, its practical function disappears and its form becomes the primary focus. In this way, a recognizable object is transformed into a sculptural and more abstract image.
